Hi there!  – Thanks for stoping by my site!

I am Tom Ødemark,  I live in Oslo but originate from the rural district of Toten. I find it rather difficult to describe myself – in short terms I am an adventurous traveling rural dreamer, who sings opera ,love to act, tell stories and shoot photos.

My travel lust is inspired by the songs my mother used to sing about the children of the earth, how we look different,but regardless of appearance, we are equal. These songs and other nursery rhyme about journey into the the great world, triggered my wanderlust and the desire to meet all the people from the songs, see the great wonders created by man or by nature.

I have always enjoyed shooting photos, and make films. The camera, is at some extend, a door opener. I use it lot to get in touch with people. A camera and broad smile, can make the most grumpy old man smile, and sometimes even tell the most hilarious stories. I am emotional, nostalgic and enjoy to take pictures of people and nature.

I enjoy to act and sing, and  have participated in several opera productions,  as well as major choral works, and TV-productions.

Biking is an other exercise I enjoy, so therefor I have both a road and mountain bike.  But I enjoy the most biking in the woods (we have a lot of woods in Norway).  The bike take you far, and before you know it you are on a journey that could turn into a little adventure…

My favorite vacation has a combination of activities and culture – meet people and learn about their life. But most of all, just have fun, tell some tall tales and laugh a lot!
